Anti-Weed Lessacher Weed Blade G10 28 cm Tuttle Box
Slash Weeds. Keep Speed. Feel Normal.
Anti-Weed Lessacher Weed Blade G10 – High-Speed Weed Fin
Say goodbye to drag and hello to flow. The Lessacher Weed Blade G10 is our most advanced weed-fighting fin yet—developed in collaboration with anti-weed legend Wolfgang Lessacher. This blade’s stiff, asymmetrical G10 profile powers you through even the weediest sessions with speed, lift, and surprising agility.
With a forward-set leading edge and refined shape, it’s faster and more natural-feeling than the original FWD model—giving you that “normal fin” control in weed-heavy spots.
Why choose the Weed Blade?
✔ High-Speed Anti-Weed Profile – Slices clean while delivering serious lift
✔ Forward Rake Design – New shape improves glide and top-end speed
✔ Asymmetrical G10 Power – Generates more lift than symmetrical weed fins
✔ Feels Like a Standard Fin – Keeps you in control, not fighting the board
✔ Power and Tuttle Box Options – Fits your favourite setup

Fins Fundamentals
What causes spin-outs and how can they be prevented ?
A spin-out occurs when the water flow along the fin breaks off, causing the board to slide sideways or at an angle to your sailing direction. This happens when the sideways force from the sail through your body to the fin becomes too great.
To prevent spin-outs: choose the right fin length and angle for your sail size, and manage back foot pressure.
To recover: shift weight to the mastfoot while realigning the back foot with your direction of movement.
Why do some fins perform better upwind than others?
Upwind performance in fins is determined by three main factors:
- Surface area: Larger fins provide more lift and better upwind capability
- Rake angle: More upright fins (less rake) generally perform better upwind
- Profile shape: Fins with efficient foil sections create more lift with less drag
The balance between these factors determines how well a fin will perform when sailing upwind.
