Wave G10 21 cm US Box
Control, power, and flow in any break
From clean sideshore walls to wild onshore ramps, the Unifiber Wave G10 fin keeps you locked in and charging. It's the one fin you can trust to perform wherever your session takes you – drivey when it counts, loose when it matters.
The sideshore-inspired profile offers precise control and solid hold, even when you're burying rail through a critical section. A stiff twist and flex pattern gives you the lift to plane early, while delivering that crisp, snappy release that makes your bottom turns feel electric.
Crafted in durable G10 composite, it shrugs off rocks, reef, and brutal landings. Whether you're bouncing off a beach break or threading a wave at speed, this fin holds strong and keeps your box protected.
The swept-back outline adds another layer of flow – carving out smoother arcs and letting you link turns with that effortless, surfy feel.
Built to handle all wave:
- Sideshore-style profile for drive and control in powered conditions
- Stiffer flex pattern = earlier planing + explosive turns
- G10 construction resists impacts and fin box damage
- Swept-back outline smooths out transitions and boosts flow
- Available in Power Box and US Box, in 21 / 23 / 25cm lengths
- Comes with a custom-fit protective cover
Power when you need it. Finesse when you want it.
This is the all-conditions wave fin that just works. Wherever you ride. Whenever it's firing.

Fins Fundamentals
What causes spin-outs and how can they be prevented ?
A spin-out occurs when the water flow along the fin breaks off, causing the board to slide sideways or at an angle to your sailing direction. This happens when the sideways force from the sail through your body to the fin becomes too great.
To prevent spin-outs: choose the right fin length and angle for your sail size, and manage back foot pressure.
To recover: shift weight to the mastfoot while realigning the back foot with your direction of movement.
Why do some fins perform better upwind than others?
Upwind performance in fins is determined by three main factors:
- Surface area: Larger fins provide more lift and better upwind capability
- Rake angle: More upright fins (less rake) generally perform better upwind
- Profile shape: Fins with efficient foil sections create more lift with less drag
The balance between these factors determines how well a fin will perform when sailing upwind.
