This step-by-step guide shows how to install and fine-tune your Unifiber Universal Nose Protector XXL.

1. Ensure the nose of the board is clean, without salt or dust, is degreased, and is dry.

2. Before removing the backing paper, lay out the Nose Protector and determine which size and shape works best for your board. Lightly mark the desired outline on the board with a pencil.


3. Peel off the paper and place the Nose Protector on the board. Start with the centre piece and work towards the tips, following the shape of your board.


4. Apply pressure, preferably by placing a weight onto the Nose Protector (a sandbag works well).


5. The glue achieves 50% of its strength after 20 minutes. Full strength is achieved after 72 hours.
